We really enjoyed this stay. It’s on the pricier side, but the home and amenities match the price tag. There is a lot of space and would be great to split the cost with friends or family and still have relative space and privacy. The home was very clean and inviting. The living room isn’t huge, but was comfortable. There are a lot of dishes and cooking items ready to use. The bedrooms are cozy and the mattresses were a little on the stiff side, but still comfortable. There were tons of extra pillows and blankets provided. There were beach towels provided, but not full size bathroom towels. I don’t know if we just missed them, but we used the beach towels for the shower and beach. The back patio is huge. There was a gas grill, dining area, sitting area with a fireplace, and a great hot tub. Seriously one of the best hot tubs I’ve been in! There was also a wagon outside, which was a great touch for bringing supplies to the beach. The property is about a 15-20 minute walk, including a small hill, from the beach or the activities on 1st avenue.
